Primary Schools

One-to-one counselling in Primary Schools provides children with a space to talk on a weekly basis helping children to feel happier and more confident in themselves. You may find that the frequency of any behaviour issues decreases and that children are able to concentrate better in class.

Counselling is for KS1 and KS2 children and is offered on either a long or short-term basis depending on the individual needs of children in your school. A range of art mediums will be provided for the children including paints, arts and crafts, puppets, sand tray, clay, masks, movement, poetry and storytelling.

A day at your school allows for up to five, one-to-one counselling sessions with children, time to discuss referrals and progress with the SENCO. Confidentiality agreements are made with the children, which cannot be broken unless there are safeguarding and child protection issues.
