Counselling at West Street Centre

One-to-one counselling at West Street Counselling Centre, in Fareham, provides children and young people age 3-17 years old, with a confidential space to talk about things that are troubling them.

Counselling is offered on either a long or short-term basis depending on the individual needs of your child or young person. A range of art mediums will be provided including paints, arts and crafts, puppets, sand tray, clay, masks, movement, poetry and storytelling. Creative activities are a wonderful way to help individuals to express and communicate their feelings. However, if this doesn’t interest your child or young person, then ‘just talking’ is fine too.

Sessions are on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes which includes review meetings with parents when required.
