Counselling for Primary-Aged Children (4-11)

“I founded Create and Connect Counselling in 2020 to help make mental health support more accessible for children.  I offer counselling and play-based therapy in primary schools and one-to-one sessions after school in West Street, Fareham for ages 4-11 years.”

Children  sometimes struggle to express big emotions, manage anxiety or feel confident in themselves. As a trauma-informed children’s counsellor, I provide one-to-one support in a safe, creative space when children can explore their emotions and build emotional resilience.

Through play, creative techniques and talking therapy, I help children feel heard, understood and empowered whether they are struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, friendships or challenges at school or home.
